Personal Data Privacy Notice (KVKK)

1. What data we process

For your order: your name, phone number, delivery address and the point you set on the map, apartment/block/hotel room, landmark for the courier, order contents, payment method and comment.

Technically: to prevent abuse, your IP address is kept briefly in server memory. Your language choice is stored in a cookie; your cart, name, phone and saved addresses are stored only in your own browser.

2. Why

To accept, prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it, show its status, and meet our legal obligations (accounting, tax).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

3. Legal basis

KVKK Art. 5/2-c (conclusion and performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest: service security, abuse prevention).

4. Who receives it

Your order is passed to our order centre (call-center) for the kitchen and courier, and to the courier service that delivers it.

The website and order system are hosted on servers outside Turkey (Germany). This transfer is made under Art. 9 KVKK.

For the map and address search, the text you type and the map point are sent to OpenStreetMap-based map services; your name and phone are not sent.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for the periods required by law, then deleted or anonymised. You can delete the data stored in your browser at any time in your browser settings.

6. Your rights

Under Art. 11 KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was transferred to, and object to processing. Send requests to the e-mail below.
